A city is more than its technology
A connected building or an autonomous vehicle does not, by itself, make a good city. AIVORIA starts with the experience of residents: learning, working, moving around, accessing services and spending time with other people. The proposed city brings these experiences into a single planning conversation, with technology supporting human choice rather than determining it.
The role of the Institute and University
AI Vision Institute of Technology and AI Vision University are shaping the initiative’s research and education direction. The development concept connects applied AI research with interdisciplinary learning, entrepreneurship and real-world design questions. The intention is to create a setting where ideas can be explored, evaluated and improved before wider deployment.
One ecosystem, many connected needs
The AIVORIA concept considers education, healthcare, assistive robotics, clean energy, housing, public spaces and intelligent mobility together. Planning these areas as an ecosystem makes it possible to ask better questions: how could a transport service help someone reach a learning space? How might a neighbourhood support both independent living and a strong sense of community? The detailed answers would be developed with residents, specialist teams and local partners.
From an ambitious idea to a practical proposal
The next step is dialogue with potential host countries, public institutions, universities, investors and technology partners. Location studies, technical feasibility, infrastructure requirements and community priorities would shape any delivery plan. Development is intended to proceed in stages, with clear evaluation before expansion. A host country, construction timetable or formal partnership is not being announced through the concept imagery.
A long-term identity, built through cooperation
Over time, the ambition could evolve into a more self-sustaining community with a distinctive civic identity. Future governance models would depend on dialogue and mutual agreement. Today, AI Vision Institute of Technology and AI Vision University are concentrating on the foundations of a human-centred AI city: a clear purpose, a credible research agenda and the right development conversations.
